Applications for registration and admission are accepted in the month of January or as per the direction issued by the Director of Education but registration does not guarantee the admission.

Admission and assignment to a particular section of the class is reserved entirely to school authorities. Admissions are as per the guidelines of the Directorate of Education.

The application for registration/ admission form shall be accompanied by the photocopies of documents like child's date of birth certificate, Aadhar Card/Residence Proof, Caste Certificate, Transfer Certificate etc . The documents in original to be shown at the time of admission. We accept the date of birth certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or Anchal Panchayat.

Hospital certificate will not be accepted. A student coming from an affiliated and recognised school should produce a T.C. counter signed by the Directorate of Education with a clear mention of date of birth. Date of birth and name once registered will not be altered. A child must be 3+ by 31st March of that year for admission into pre-school (Nursery) class, 4+ by 31st March for Pre-Primary, 5+ by 31st March for 1st and so on.

Parents must declare that the address of the residence, as indicated in the application where from the child will be going to school is correct. Our school has been following neighbourhood policy . If they shift their residence beyond the area decided by Management of S.G.H.M. School, it will be within its right to revoke and cancel the admission of their ward after completing the Academic Session.
